Do you really need to lose weight?

Here you need to be honest with yourself and decide whether you really need to lose any weight. There are three main body types:

  • Ectomorph – These are the thin skinny people with a light bone structure who we all hate :) They never put on any excess weight even though they eat like a horse.
  • Mesomorph – Medium build and usually of average height these people are well muscled and and are the ones who look like Greek gods.
  • Endomorph – Large framed with a hefty build they are very strong but tend to gain weight the easiest.
